Research:

The Research Committee shall have responsibility for developing and overseeing the guidelines of the Research arm of the Corporation and shall present to and be responsible for advising the Board of Directors on all matters regarding research. The Chairperson of this committee shall be one of the at large members of the Board of Directors with a background in research.
